Small Dog (0-39 lbs): $20
Medium Dog (40-69 lbs): $24
Large Dog (70 & up lbs): $26
Cats (0-39 lbs): $20
(add $1/night if daily medication is required)

• Rabies Vaccine
• Distemper/Parvo Vaccine
• Negative Fecal Test within the Calendar Year
• Proof of Flea/Tick Prevention
• Bordetella (not required, but recommended)
