COVID-19

Information about Coronavirus and it’s impact on our pet hospital.

(last updated 3/23/2020)

Dear Dog and Cat Family,

Due to the public health order issued by the Leavenworth County health officer, the Dog and Cat Clinic will be limited to performing essential activities as of Monday, 3/23/2020.  These activities include providing pet food and medications essential to the well being of our patients and performing emergency medicine and procedures deemed critical by the Dog and Cat Clinic staff.

To ensure the safety of our community and staff, a policy is in place to keep public traffic out of the clinic.

  • As of 3/23/2020, all current appointments will need to be rescheduled to a date past the expiration of the public health order.
  • If food or medicine is required for your pet, please call the clinic to process the request. Upon arrival at the clinic, please remain in your vehicle and call the clinic to have your order delivered to your vehicle.
  • In the event of a critical emergency, call the clinic to have the situation assessed. Upon arrival at the clinic, please remain in your vehicle and call the clinic to have a staff member retrieve your pet.  Communication will be provided over the phone as we assess your pet.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we all work together to respond to this adversity.
