Dear Dog and Cat Family,

As of Wednesday, June 10, we are updating some of our protocols. While we are still limiting the number of people inside of the clinic we are going to begin allowing one client per appointment.

PLEASE CALL US (913-682-7424) TO PROCESS ANY OF THESE REQUESTS.
We anticipate our call volume to be high, please bare with us and keep trying if you are unable to get through the first time you call.

Below is an outline of our new protocols/procedures:

Food and or Medication Refills:

  • We will continue curbside delivery for food and or medication pick-ups. This includes Heartworm and Flea/Tick preventatives.
  • Please CALL THE CLINIC (913-682-7424) to process your order PRIOR to arriving, doing so will ensure that we have your order ready when you get here.

Scheduled Appointments:

  • We will allow 1 Client per Appointment into the clinic.
    • We ask that clients please respect our staff and other community members by WEARING MASKS and PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING when entering the clinic.
    • When you arrive for your appointment, please call to check in (913-682-7424)
    • A technician will then come get you and your pet(s) when we are ready to take you to an exam room.
  • If you are more comfortable waiting in your vehicle, CURBSIDE APPOINTMENTS are still available, and even ENCOURAGED.

Surgery Drop Offs:

  • You may drop off your pet between 2:00-5:00pm the night prior to the scheduled procedure.

New Patients:

Unfortunately we are also unable to accept New Clients during this transition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We truly miss seeing our clients inside of the clinic. We appreciate how patient and understanding you all have been during this Pandemic. We also apologize if you have difficulty getting through on our phone lines to process your requests. Our call volume has increased immensely, but we assure you we are doing our very best to accommodate our many clients. Please keep trying to get through to us. Thank you, we hope you all have a great day!
