Dear Dog and Cat Family,

Of all times to have a surge here in the area: right as the holidays approach and we’re extra busy preparing for our eventual move! Anyways, in response to the surge of COVID cases in the area, we are once again adjusting our Operating Protocols. The safety of our staff and community, while still providing quality care for our clients, is our top priority.

  • Facemasks are required for everyone entering the Clinic. You will be asked to wait in your vehicle if you do not have a facemask.
  • Clients with appointments:
    • When you arrive please call us (913-682-7424) to check in; further instructions will be given at that time.
  • Food & Medication (this includes Heartworm and Flea/Tick prevention):
    • Orders must be called in/pre-ordered 24 hours in advance of when you would like to pick up your order.
    • When you arrive to pick up the order, please call us (913-682-7424)
    • All picks-ups are delivered curbside.

During this transition we anticipate the possibility of increased wait times and increased call volumes. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during these changes.
