Dear Dog and Cat Family,

As of Tuesday, September 1, we are updating some of our protocols. Summary up front:
– We are accepting a limited number of new patients but anticipate appointments will quickly fill.
– We are still limiting the number of people inside of the clinic but are allowing one client per appointment.
– Limited boarding available from September 1 through December 15.

We anticipate our call volume to be high, please bear with us and keep trying if you are unable to get through the first time you call.

Below is an outline of our new protocols/procedures:

Food and or Medication Refills:

  • We will continue curbside delivery for food and or medication pick-ups. This includes Heartworm and Flea/Tick preventatives.
  • Please CALL THE CLINIC (913-682-7424) to process your order PRIOR to arriving, doing so will ensure that we have your order ready when you get here.

Scheduled Appointments:

  • We will allow 1 Client per Appointment into the clinic.
    • We ask that clients please respect our staff and other community members by WEARING MASKS and PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING when entering the clinic.
    • When you arrive for your appointment, please call to check in (913-682-7424)
    • A technician will then come get you and your pet(s) when we are ready to take you to an exam room.
  • If you are more comfortable waiting in your vehicle, CURBSIDE APPOINTMENTS are still available, and even ENCOURAGED.

Surgery Drop Offs:

  • You may drop off your pet between 2:00-5:00pm the night prior to the scheduled procedure.
